Well, OP, I don't have this problem, but us men have are own problems, we do. For example, peeing with an erection is tricky!

How...Does that work. Because knowledge.

You have to lean forward and aim down. It is kinda tricky.

I'll keep my vagina, thanks.

Well, that's for the best since you can't swap it out for a penis anyway.

You could actually. If you have "science" as a subclass. Has to be max level though.

Tampons can get... Well.. If you're not careful!....

Anyhow, I don't really get cramps actually. I don't get emotional during on my period either. Just... Very enigmatic.

Do you use pads, tampons or something else?

Bonus: On a scale of 1 to 10, bad are your cramps?

I personally use pads. I find them more comfy, and the safest. My cramps are pretty bad if I don't take some Asprin or something beforehand. Like, a 9 out of 10 bad. Ugh. Feels like someone is constantly punching me in the stomach.

Well im one of the luck few to have Endometriosis so my pain is on not a scale of 1 to 10 its more like off the scale and im very sorry for others who suffer from this disease. Its very excruciating pain that I wish i can take something for the pain Aspirin doesnt work nor midol and cant take stronger meds as im allergic to anything related to Codeine ... took a prescription before but that didnt work either.... so i suffer more than most and had surgeries to help relieve pain.......... and tampons as i dont like pads! I dont mind answering these type of questions (serious or not) as well its normal for me as im a medical assistant nothing phases me haha

I don't usually read every post in a thread, I feel oddly educated now.

I'm sorry about that. That sounds like agony. Like giving birth once a month.

Pads. I haven't mustered the mental strength to try a tampon yet. ;-; That memory of intense confusion from the 8th grade won't leave me.

My cramps only hit me on my first day. Now, they're mostly pretty weak and I only get bad ones on occasion, but when I was younger, it was so awful the color would drain from my face, I'd be completely unable to concentrate on anything, I could barely breathe and all my strength would leave me. It wasn't so painful physically, it was more like the discomfort and disorientation you get when you're about to pass out in a sauna or a shower.
The worst part was that I had no idea it was a menstrual cramp and couldn't treat it for years, and often would just take the day off and sleep until it passed, because when they told us about "cramps" I assumed it was like the kind of cramp you got when you ran on a full stomach. Not this intense, throbbing nausea from your intestines trying to squeeze fluids out of you.

Everyone: "No."

Pads all the way. I trust 'em more than tampons.

The pain is an 8 out of 10 for me. It's terrible.

My menstrual pain is directly related to the woman I happen to be with at the time.... Being that I cannot feel the actual pain, I'm guessing that it's about a 6 to an 8, judging from my female companions' complaints and the size of their ibuprofen prescriptions...

I have found that as I get older I suffer from digestive problems that give me a little more insight to this... That feeling like someone has reached inside and grabbed your guts and started wringing them like a rag is . . . not any kind of fun...

Most women I've known seem to gravitate to tampons.... except for one gal that was quite petite....
