which do u find works best?
The pencil eyeliner i use always smudges! >_<
what brand of eyeliner prevents this from happening???

i usually use liquid eyeliner, cuz it dosnt sumge. But when i feel like having kinda of a smokey smudgy liner i use pencil...

both! =D liquid eyeliner is nice and it works great with the pencil one. gives it a nice touch >.> but which brand... not sure =P

I really like the CG twisty pencil, so I use that a lot.

I use the pencil one that smudgess, but I dip it in that one thingy eyeliner that's from max, and it doesn't smudge,
and it's all easies to put ont hat wayyy, dunno. that's how I wear mine.

O HUI liquid eyeliner NEVER smudges even when you sweat (: Like I wear this eyeliner during PE, & it never smudges or gets wiped off (: Liquid eyeliner is totally better (: At the end of the day, it doesn't look like you're a zombie. If you want a clean, natural, & fresh look, go with liquid :]

chuuz when ii put eyeliner .. my hand tends to shake a bit
and when ii use liquid , it shoows the shaky lines loL
liquid is stilL good tho . but ii prefer pencil
