Ok so... I am not too familiar with the CR Store, with only like 3 purchases that wasn't just my Subscription.

Anywho was checking my bank account this morning and noticed I just got refunded or something. Now I won't complain about free money, or my own money given back to me, but I would like to know why I was just given back money from the store?

Going from the amount, I can only assume it has something to do with my pre-order for LOVE, CHUNIBYO & OTHER DELUSIONS COMPLETE COLLECTION BLU-RAY. But given I already paid for it, there shouldn't be a reason to give me the money back is there?

So yeah would just like some confirmation or something here, if you need more info on this I can give it, but i'm just kind of confused unless the answer is "just wait".

Well the order has changed from I think Pending to Completed. But other than that I don't see any indications as to why. But the money refunded adds up perfectly to the pre order + shipping cost. So that is what I am going by right now until CR gives a reply.

It says in short.
The current blu ray release is canceled that the sub DVD release next month will go ahead as listed.
The new blu ray release featuring a dub will be a "premium edition" released later on in the year.

So since the release you paid for is never going to happen so CR refunded people.

Thanks for checking in on that!

Penguincat is perfectly correct~ We have refunded everyone who purchased a Blu-ray of Chunni because Sentai just announced a new premium edition! Apologies for that, but it's totally out of our hands for that. :/ We will be getting the premium edition when it comes out, so keep a look out when that arrives!

Check your email and you should have gotten an email about it, but it might have been in another folder or something so now you know!

Question regarding a double account:

I realized I've been paying double because I somehow made two accounts. I terminated the premium status of the second account and the payment is still pending. I also deleted that account to make sure the same mistake can't happen again. Since I acted before the transaction completed, will I be refunded for the second account? I'm still paying for the first account.

For billing questions, you should /contact customer support directly, if you haven't done so already. Also, make sure to keep an eye on your spam folder for any replies, or add [email protected] to your contacts/whitelist.
