80s-90s anime and earlier.

I've seen:
Lupin III, Dirty Pair, Dirty Pair Flash, The Slayers, Tenchi Muyo, Tenchi Universe, Tenchi in Tokyo, Outlaw Star, Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, Big O, MS Gundam, Gundam 0081, Gundam 0083, The 08TH MS Team, Gundam X, G Gundam, Gundam Wing, Turn A Gundam, DNA^2, Street Fighter II-V, Evangelion, Rurouni Kenshin, Yuyuhakusho, Urusei Yatsura, Ranma 1/2, and Inuyasha are everything I can list off the top of my head.

I plan to watch Cutie Honey and Project A-KO.

Anime based off of old manga like Jojo are also welcomed.
BIG fan of hand drawn/cel animation.

*cheers*

I think it's about time you saw Gunbuster. You should probably watch the original Gundam or at least the compilation movies - I'm only saying this because you really need to watch Zeta Gundam.

Also, Sailor Moon. Yes, I know. Watch it anyway. If you don't like it I'll give you a money back guarantee.*

And I've heard a lot of good things about Legend of the Galactic Heroes, so there's that.

That's all I've got that you haven't already mentioned - I haven't watched many older anime myself.

*You probably won't be paying money to see this so I don't have to give you anything. Which is good since I'm broke.

If you like a romance with a little bit of Sci-Fi (main character is an esper) I'll recommend Kimagure Orange Road.

I would also add Maison Ikkoku, Nadia and Rayearth. Although Rayearth as a show doesn't hold up very well, but the animation and designs are nice. Patlabor is also a great series. I could go on, but a lot is hard to find at this point.

Quick edit once I saw your avatar, the Fatal Fury OAV's and movies are a guilty pleasure, cheesy but fun.

I don't see tekkaman blade suggested often. It's a pretty damn good mecha series.

Here's a few I can think of right off the dome...
All Purpose Cultural Cat Girl Nuku Nuku, Gunsmith Cats, Rahxephon, Sorcerer Hunters, Blue Seed, Saber Marionette J to X, Magical Arcade Abenobashi, Scientific Ninja Team Gatchaman, Video Girl Ai, The Vision of Escaflowne, and Jubei-chan. Old school - Robotech, Battle of the Planets, and Star Blazers.
Sorry, I could put together a better if I wasn't at work, but it looks like you've already seen a lot.

Oh, Princess Nine, Great Teacher Onizuka and Martian Successor Nadesico are good too, if you're into wacky comedy material.

City Hunter (action, humour). Saeba Ryo (marksmenship like Vash) is an assassin for hire, but he only accepts female clients. 1987-1992 for the TV series plus 1 movie, 2 OVAs, and 3 made for TV movies. Some of it had domestic (North America) release by ADV.

I find it funny no one's mentioned Akira yet, it's a LANDMARK movie from the 80s. So definitely watch Akira if you have the time. Also, Perfect Blue is another good one as well

I'm pretty sure I grew up with Technoman on Saturday morning cartoons here in the US, until I checked MAL and found out it was in fact Tekkaman Blade .
