I know what you mean getting attached to certain animes, i got quite a few and will have more later on i know XD I think i have watched ouran host club, (had a marathon and finished in 1 day sometimes) at least 5 times, and i got it on dvd and it on netflix so I'm happy :D, I know i have and will rematch 07 ghost a lot and I don't have an entire show marathon for this one, seeing as catching up took me like 2 months XD but I will rematch the really good Naruto stories, like Pain arc, or Power episodes or naruto's parents death backstory or recently went back and wanted Danzo die, seeing as the flashbacks make me hate him felt good.... really good

I've re-watched a few but usually only if the Animation quality is something special.

Otherwise I don't get that attached.

The only series that I rewatch regularly is Gintama because I need a funny pick-me-up sometimes. Haven't done that in recently though, since Tonari no Seki-kun is there for me

The one thing that comes to mind is Code Geass. Omg, it was a thrill ride and I was completely mind blown by the end. Ended up watching it again the next few days.

There is nothing wrong with it. Do what you enjoy. If you like re-watching anime a lot, go ahead and do it.

I use CR on xbox 360 and at the time I was jobless so I had so much time to spare in 1 night I would watch 6 episodes and if it left me on a hanger like WOW WHATS NEXT I would continue watching even more some nights I was up till 3-4am easily did all 366 episodes in like 2 weeks

Ive recently had that problem lol I get off work earlier now so instead of watching new animes on my watchlist I watch my faves over and over or i watch certain episodes more than once like (XXholic and Soul Eater)

Hey CR!

So ive decided that i have a problem haha
Since ive started watching anime (Heavily) ive expanded my watched anime list a lot and have been getting into to all sorts of different anime, but at times i find it very hard to watch anime i havent seen because i spend too much time re-watching anime that i have fallen in love with. For example when i finished Mirai Nikki i rewatched it the next day with a friend who hadnt seen it before and then ended up watching it again a week or two later. I did it with Kill la Kill, No.6, and Gurren Lagann also haha

Anyone else have this problem haha

I have the same problem with Kimi ni Todoke. I'm needing to finish NIsemonogatari so I can start the next season but I can't bring myself to continue. I love Nisemonogatari, I just don't feel like watching it and having quickly revolving text being shoved down my throat. So, I'm watching Kimi ni Todoke for the fourth time.

Haven't re-watched a single anime yet. I have planned to re-watched several animes to only end up watching more new animes. I will eventually re-watched a whole bunch of the ones I've loved but till then my anime list only gets bigger and bigger.

I occasionally do this too. It mostly happens with Saiyuki, but also with Sailor Moon and FMA: Conqueror of Shamballa. Plus, now that I have Yu Yu Hakusho I will probably end up rewatching that too. But I don't think it's a bad thing.

Rarely. I'll only revisit a show if it's been too long since I've last seen it, so something like Yakitate or Chrono Crusade. I mainly like anime and manga for story, so if I already know the story, I can't keep interest in watching it. FMA Brotherhood for example. Brilliant anime, but the manga just finished around the time it started. Why relive the whole thing when I can practically say the lines before the characters do?

I'll rewatch pure comedy shows though. If I'm ever with my brother and suggest rewatching Gintama for fun, the first thing we'll go to are the Ooee episodes. And I saw Nichijou and Daily Lives of High School Boys again and again after they aired.
