I read that Mouse is going into the anime vaults. I recently joined Crunchyroll a few months ago and had a few questions. What other shows/movies are already in the vaults? Can a show/movie come back once it goes in the vaults? Where can i find this list of stuff in the vaults?

"The vaults" is just a creative way to indicate the license has expired. I'm not privy to details, but the circumstances under which a license expired probably affects the likelihood of a show then being licensed again and available. I do know of at least one case (it's probably not the only one) where a show went away, then came back:

February 2013 - Usagi Drop is dropped: /forumtopic-792991/dropping-the-usagi-time-to-marathon
June 2013 - It hops back!: /forumtopic-808017/more-oreimo-usagi-drop-and-anohana

Fairy Tail is another example--it was never announced as going into the "vaults"--it was just that the orginal license allowed episodes to be available during a restricted time window, so eventually it faded away when there were no more new episodes. But CR was then able to license it as a catalog titles (for US and Canada), as was just announced yesterday! :/forumtopic-846597/fairy-tail-anime-catalog

well dont forget disney had that time where they said bambi is going in the vaults so buy it before then. doubt its losing the license. mouse is a old show, so they're probably just taking it off to make space etc

That used to be on here? I love that anime! I've been a subscriber for a year and a few months and never saw it. Has it been gone long?

There is another show that went away and came back: Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu, and its sequel Purezza.

And I'll take the opportunity to say that I'd love to see Yumeiro Patissiere come back from the vaults. It's too good to stay there.

I'm not aware of any list of shows CR has put in "the vault", but one I'm actively aware of is Sasameki Koto. That was vaulted, I believe August 31 '13. I think their reason for that was it wasn't popular enough to maintain a license for it.

I remember Giant Killing, it's a soccer (football) anime about a former student who was a player then turned coach/manager. It was on Hulu for a while but got pulled...didn't get to finish it.

Oh, no, it's a licensing issue. CR wants to show every anime ever, after all! The space isn't an issue, but some licenses come with a time limit.. that's also why CR lost Bandai shows like Sacred Seven a while back

But, there's always the hope that the license might come back...
