I had read if btw. I had just never seen a service actually downgrade me immediately. There were 2 options to pick from and one of them sounded like it would do just that, the other said it was just cancelling the Renewal; which it did ALONG WITH cancelling my entire membership.

So almost three years, and it's still the same system as implemented at the get go. I guess that this is the "best" they can brainstorm. So, if you ever want to get the remaining of the days from the subscription, you'd have to contest the issue with "Contact Us', and since you already canceled and don't have membership, you're going to be at the back burner at the waiting list. The run around and waiting make the customer more turned off of the service thus making for a pissy customer. Additionally, if it does come through, the support side has to screen the user and probably have to go to the higher ups to reinstate the remaining days which may take a bit.

I do wonder how many times on the support side this thing has played out. To put back into perspective, this is almost three years.

It would be so nice if crunchyroll is a bit more active in its community side like it did in the past. Additionally, the CR reddit AMA's transparency would be really nice if actually implemented more to the community.

And it seems that i_work_at_croll was a bit more open about crunchyroll on REDDIT than anything that I've seen on this site.
