Hi,

I've been trying to stream Gintama on my Xbox 360 console. It was working fine for several weeks but in the last couple of days I've been unable to stream content for long until I get a Crunchyroll Server Not Available message. I checked on Xbox/Status and it said the Crunchyroll servers were available.

Currently, the most recent issue has been with Gintama episode 46, which I left partway through. Currently it plays maybe 10 seconds, then gives the error. All series I watch on Crunchyroll stream with no problems whatsoever on my laptop, which is connected to the same wifi network. Other streaming services such as Netflix and BBC iPlayer (I'm in the UK) all stream just fine on the console.

Is anyone else having issues or knows of a fix? I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but to no avail. From the searching I've done, it seems like others have had this issue in the past

If it's consistent, it's a problem with the video they have available. Use the /contact form to send a message to customer support to Bjaker. Include a link to the episode and a description of the problem, and he'll re-encode the episode so that you can keep watching on the 360 app.
