Ive also been thinking of getting a PS Vita since i dont have a handheld for gaming, but i do have a PS3 though. I mainly wanted to get one for Persona 4 Golden since i had played Persona 3 FES from the PSN store and liked it alot, but recently found out that they released the ps2 version of Persona 4 on the PSN store this month and that sort of made me reconsider. But theres gonna be Tales of Hearts R and the Sword Art Online game coming out that im interested in but I still dont know yet.

If i do decide to get one ima get the PS Vita slim thats being released next week. It comes with a 8GB card and im sure thats enough if your juss gonna play the physical copy, but im might buy a bigger one later on juss so that I could add my music on it and maybe a couple of downloaded games.

Just keep in mind that the new Vita slim doesn't have as good of a screen as the older ones. If you are only wanting a new version for the 8gb card then I would recommend finding a good used one on ebay. I spent maybe a week keeping an eye on them and found many cheaper than retail that were in perfect condition and came with both an 8gb memory card and games. It was a very big win IMO.

Depends what you are aiming for on the Vita. Personally i think GW2 is trash, especially with all these amazing new MMOs to be out in the future.

I just picked up the slim yesterday I have to say the screen is great. I've had a 3ds XL for about a year now and and it's a lot better. Not sure how the OLED was it seems like it may have been a bit too over saturated for my liking. I've only seen youtube videos of it and not the oled screen itself though.

The 8 gig card is a bit of a joke though it came with a download code for Borderlands and I haven't bothered yet because it's a good chunk out of the 8. I think it was 5 gigs. I live in the middle of no where and as soon as I have another reason to go in to a bigger town I'm going to get a 64 gig card. I think that's one of Sonys biggest mistakes with Vita the memory cards are insanely expensive compared to the 3ds which uses a standard sd card.

My personal complaint is that my thumbs tend to cover the speakers. There's probably a sony approved claw technique for holding the thing but I didn't see it in the manual.

I got persona 4 golden. Great game even though I have a copy of persona 4 for the ps2. Well worth it.

I highly recommend a Vita for anyone on the fence. I love using mine for crunchyroll, and the games are really fun. I just also got into more of the niche titles. I already have Persona 4 and just got Conception II. I got SAO: Hollow Fragment and Senran Kagura Shinovi pre ordered. I also have my 3ds xl but the vita is definitely a good handheld for anime fans.

As far as I'm aware the 64GB cards dont make it to the west until later this year. Definitely would be worth getting, i'm considering importing one from Japan.

I bought a launch edition Vita, so I got all the extra bells and whistles. It was the WiFi + 3G model though and I never use the 3G on it. Whoops. I mostly bought it to play Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, but when I found out about Persona 4 Golden, I bought that later and I was hooked.

I just reached 0 year on Freedom Wars, played some online play and i'm bored of it not trying to get rid of it on craigslist, I would give it a 7/10.
Currently playing God Eater 2, it's so far so good!
Also waiting till the 12th for Phantasy Star Nova Demo, all aboard the hype train!

Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA f. It's my favorite Vita game and I have spent most of my time playing on my Vita on PDf. I plan on getting PDf 2nd, Freedom Wars, and SAO: Hollow Fragment when they come to the US.
