Are you looking to use it for your avatar?

I know how to fix it if you want to use it for your avatar since it would need to shrink. Though if you want that size to stay, you have to use other programs to fix it.

The gifs are like that because CR's image uploader/converter tries to replace any transparency with a gray color. If you open the gif in a program such as Photoshop and re-export it with transparency turned off, it will upload fine. If you plan on using it for an avatar, I recommend making it 200x200px or smaller.

Yeah you can fix that by opening it in Photoshop>File>Save for Web...>Transparency=unticked>Save. Then when you upload it onto CR there won't be any of the gray pixels.
