So since the newest episode of Mekakucity actors came out I have been trying to watch it.
And it still will not let me. It keeps saying "this video is being prepared for this device. Please try again later"
Or something of that sort. It is doing it with all the new episodes of shows. And it is already nearly a week I have been waiting. Though previous episodes are working just not the new.
I am a premium member so it should have already aloud me to watch it.

The latest episode of shows are not always immediately available for all devices due to the time required to encode the videos, even for premium members.

If episodes are still not available ~2 hours after launch, I would /contact customer support.

I can watch Episode 2 no problem on my Kindle Fire HD...Episode 3 isn't out yet, in case you are trying to access the placeholder for that.

Have you tried uninstalling the app, deactivating your device in your web settings here: /acct/?action=devices, then powering off your device, reinstalling and logging back in?

If you have been through all of that, then I also would say to directly contact support through the provided link.

Try logging out and logging back in.

I was having a problem of the queue being inaccessible and all Premium videos being unavailable for the full week until I did that.
