When I was in Europe and had some wine, me and everyone else got extremely red faced, so it doesn't seem to be that rare.

In my usual stops to see friends in Canada, I have learned I am able to hold alcohol pretty well, despite my short stature... Plenty of my asian friends do get pretty red. It's actually kind of cute haha :3

I don't drink lol.

My gf does sometimes when she sees anime characters drinking though lol like Kana (Fearī Teiru) or Shiki (Ryūgajō Nanana no Maizōkin).
She has this beautiful natural blush, so I can't tell.

Then again, she's not Asian, so that enzyme thing probably doesn't have anything to do with it.

I tend to blush easy as it is but after a few drinks I blush at just about everything and everyone

Yeah i have been aware of this for years. some of my Asian buddies get really red when they are drinking but we always thought it was a slight allergic reaction or something. but now i know it is the lack of enzymes. new fun party fact for me i guess lol

Trust me, they already know. If you tell them, they'll just think you are a bit of a dick.

I don't drink but when I did try alcohol once my face felt like it was blushing instantly. lol
I have pale skin so I don't know if that has anything to do w/ it. Idk I'm hispanic btw.

Don't be like that. It's like telling someone their nose is big. They won't thank you for it.
