Probably not a typo, rather, it's something they believe to be correct.

Nothing's wrong.

It's just lacking a better term or title. Probably a small business or small restaurant.
In this day and age, they won't even call it a "small restaurant." It'll be called "Bistro" just to make it sound sophisticated.

This is not Bar Rescue. But if it is, it might be given a proper brand and specialty.

e.g.,

Chen
Fusion Restaurant

Bamboo
Bistro | Bar

100% agreed. Orange Chicken for the win.

if you ever see a dish called candied walnut shrimp on your local Chinese restaurant's menu, GET IT, because its the closest thing to crack since ...well, crack.

I too share your feelings of bistros, but "chen fusion restaurant" is sort of ingenious!

I don't think it's a racist advertisement or typo. I assume the owner of the restaurant just want more diversity and more mixed race.

Maybe the menu suffered the same fate as these two posts and ran into a shortage of the letter s....or missing the s is an easy typo while small enough and expensive enough to not matter. I certainly wouldn't want to reprint menus over a missing s.

If anything, that would be called a stereotype, not racism.

Well, I don't know how exactly to put 's' in a sentence. English isn't my first language as you can see my mistake. Yes, I know that it's diffcult for me because the 's' doesn't exist in my native language, but I'm trying hard to remember when to put the 's'. I know grammar nazi get really annoying with the people not putting down the 's' properly. Grammar Nazi have arrived to clean my mess. Thank you so much Grammar Nazi!!

Well, I think it is worth noting that I didn't clean your mess at all. I merely pointed at it and chuckled a bit. You know, given the OP and all. Keep up the good work though! Someday I am sure you will become proficient in the use of the semi-mighty 's'.

Care to explain what these tasks are? Mine is so unused I feel I am missing out. I would be really interested in expanding upon its usage.

After living off of 6 monsters and a few five hour energies for the past 24 hours (running 5 miles with only that stuff in your tummy really hurts) it felt good to finally get off duty and eat. Ordered some Chinese food. Sweet n Sour Chicken.
