Not really. I only use my queue to stash old shows I haven't gotten around to seeing yet.

I don't usually do this, but right now Space Brothers is still in my queue even though I've finished it, and know that I'd still be able to add it back when, I hope, it comes back from hiatus.

Mostly though I love clearing out shows once they are over and I've watched all the episodes. Then I load it up with new shows.

What I don't like is how cluttered my queue has become with shows I put there intending to watch, but still haven't made a dent in.

Nope, as soon as the show ends I remove it from my queue, and only add it back when it gets another season, because CR likes to stack all of the seasons under one listing(there are some exceptions, of course).

If I didn't clean my queue it'd be impossible to navigate my Roku, so I keep it clean with what I am only watching, once I finish a show it is off the list, even if I know it is suppose to continue later (like Log Horizon or Prisma Illya).

I do it from time to time. I have yet to remove Oregairu from my queue because I refuse to let myself believe that that was how it ended

I actually do the same thing. Although it's less because I'm unable to accept that the shows are over and more because I want to keep them there in case I ever want to revisit them. I normally keep a document listing all of the anime I've watched/planned to watch, but sometimes I forget to add certain series. So I guess my queue on CR is just an extension of my anime list.

Although now that I'm writing this, I just realized that there's a site for this kind of thing (MyAnimeList.net)...

I do this a lot! I still have ones that I know ended in my queue like 07 ghost, and pandora hearts, I am still annoyed at how they ended
I also still have some of the "I was watching but then stopped but still think I will watch again" ones
And don't forget the "I will watch it sooner or later!" ones
So in the end Yes, yes i do

I don't even use the queue anymore. But yes, used to that as well. Payed off some times as well.

For me it was Silver Spoon, Magi, and Space Brothers but I finally cracked and removed them. What I have a bad habit of doing with my queue is adding shows on the premise they look interesting, then not get to them. I also have so many series that I've stalled on but refuse to drop and remove.
