I keep things in my Que that I have not watched yet but also I have only kept two things in that I have already watched:

Reborn: it just keeps me laughing
Bleach: its just amazing

I only keep one series other than the current group simulcasts I'm watching in my queue, and I rotate the next shows to the top every day so that when I use my Roku they are right there to select. I use Hummingbird.me to keep track of older shows I want to watch someday, but I consider that less than ideal. Anything else is too messy though.

I wish there could be multiple user-definable queues; that could solve lost of shortcomings. I made a suggestion in the help section to that effect, so I'm not going to go into that here, but if anyone wants to read and comment, it is here: http://www.crunchyroll.com/forumtopic-836061/collected-queue-suggestions-wishes-and-thoughts

I should seriously consider doing that... rather than scrolling through my Roku... given I just keep only simulcasts I am watching in there so it's not like I am scrolling all that much, only like 15 shows or so.

Same here.

The one exception is that if I've added a show but have yet to begin watching it, I will often leave it at the bottom of the queue. After I view at least the first episode, it then goes into alphabetical order.

I also immediately remove shows from my queue when I finish them, regardless of how much I enjoyed them. It has essentially become a (sometimes sad) ritual.

My queue is sort of like where I hoard. I will probably never go back and rewatch stuff I have finished, and I could just as easily look it up, and yet there they sit.

So, I guess it's also like a trophy case :p

I use the queue to keep track of what I'm intending to watch. I don't see the point of keeping things on there if I've finished a series. I've not been watching much anime in a while, so the list is long enough as it is (and mostly with shows from ages ago...). I do wonder how far back the History goes, though. Would it show the first things I watched on here....?

Edit: That would be a no. Silly to think it would record that much, really.
