"due to the timing" my ass, you are very capable of not making forum topics tied to recent events in a disrespectful manner, this isn't funny.

You do realize not everyone lives in the states, or lives in a state that even gets Tornadoes right? Just because 7 people died in the states doesn't mean someone from say Canada or Europe even remotely knows that it happened. Hell until you started ranting about 7 people dying in a Tornado I didn't even know and I am from one of the states that get Tornadoes pretty much every time a storm pops up.

A valid point but in this case I did at least hear about it. I had just forgotten until Dubnoman(sp?) posted.

Yeah I saw that after I posted, but I still say its rather dull and annoying for someone to say you shouldn't post something because of recent events that someone may, or may not have, known about. I didn't know of any deaths from recent tornadoes, though I saw some news story about damage.

I guess being from KS seeing damage and death from tornadoes has dulled me to feeling bad about anything from them, like when a while back that entire city got wiped out by the F5, sure it was shocking, sure it was scary as hell that a tornado did that... but that was about it. You live in the midwest you got to be prepared for it to happen. No reason to dwell on it.

Yes, I'm aware that people live outside of the US, I'm not brain dead - it's still disrespectful, considering the fact that he knew what happened and then makes the decision to make a thread joking about tornadoes - it's like like I'm not the only person who's said something. ;Y

Yea I can understand that. There isn't a massive amount of tornadoes that come through this area but they have come and done some damage pretty much every year now it seems. One town got wiped out completely almost. I may have deleted the post I put it in but it does indeed suck to lose your house and stuff but...its nature. It happens. I don't really get too upset over school shootings anymore they have become so common. The only one where I truly felt bad for awhile was with all those little kids that got killed for no reason. Tornadoes, earthquakes, tsunamis and hurricanes...I just expect death and destruction with them so why would I get upset over something that is expected? Oh well, if people want to get up in arms over it then so be it. I certainly won't lose any sleep.

No, you aren't and you are entitled to your opinion just like the others are. You are just the one being addressed about it because you posted most recently about it and it happened to be while I was home again and awake.

I like the part where I can watch it on the news and then crawl into my comfy bed. The one that hasn't been destroyed like the ones other people owned before the tornado.

The chicken is good usually too.

What about you?

I'm surprised you didn't put "favorite part of an earthquake or tsunami" which would make this thread even more fucked up and weird.

I considered those first but I can't find much to like about them. Watching a video of a building crumble is just sorta meh. Tsunami has some impressive power behind it but I don't find them fascinating really.

Because all tornadoes destroy and kill. They never form in fields or do minor damage. Nope never.

Your timing is fucking stupid. People just died, man, and you bring this shit up? And don't use sarcasm on me. Being sarcastic does not mean you are smart. It just makes you an ass.

Also, I had a friend that could have died in the tornado, so this hits close to home. She was only two miles away from where the tornado was.

In the US alone a person dies every 7 seconds. People will always continue dying. I am not going to waste my life caring about all of them. I don't claim to be smart and I don't deny being an ass. You all just constantly associate tornadoes with death and I, sarcastically yes, pointed out that it doesn't need to be that way. Lighten up and you might live longer.

This right here people is the perfect example of why the world is fucked up. People don't care anymore like this little punk. What would you do if you die and nobody fucking cares about it, huh? What happens if someone close to you dies, huh?

When a person dies, their world ends and the people around them suffer and you don't give a shit? You're pathetic.
