I sent out a support ticket on an item that was incorrectly shipped a little over a week ago, and I got an email back asking for photos as proof, so I did that but haven't heard anything since. All I wanna know is how I should go about following up on that ticket, or if I should just make a new ticket.

You should use the contact us link at the bottom of the page to follow-up on your support ticket.
