The video stutters in some scenes. If I rewind, it starts stuttering at the same part. The video sometimes halts as well (rewinding/forwarding doesn't help). Refreshing usually fixes it, but I don't like being constantly interrupted while I'm watching something. It's really annoying in epic fight scenes and emotional moments. . .

So far, I've watched two episodes of Hunter x Hunter and had stuttering in both. I'm also working through Kill la Kill right now and I've had halting/stuttering there too. I'm watching everything in 1080p and I checked off the hardware acceleration thing in the settings.

I'm new to Crunchyroll so I'm unfamiliar with how this place works. Does anyone know if there is customer support here or am I supposed to send this issue elsewhere? I just want to know if I've been waiting for nothing. . .

Check your SPAM folder. Sometimes it can be rerouted there.

I say try again and again and again. Weekend isn't really good because it's not a business day. Send them a message again early Monday morning. That's the only thing you can do really.

Going by the patterns of the forums, chances you might get a bit of a run around and some waiting, either by the regular users here or the mod commander. If you don't mind that, you might, "might" being the keyword, get your problem resolved.

That's just the automated ACK mail message. A real person should reply with a second email at some point. It's the weekend, though, so it may not be right away...

Even if they respond to you they've just go through a script and nothing will get addressed, I tried support a few times after I joined and they just waste your time.

It's something you have to get used to here, sometimes it's not going to work.
