Hey I used to insanity before I busted my ankle so I thought since I be starting back soon after long months away, shall I do something different or that.

Rules of post: If your own copy give the routine,otherwise type it if exercise program
Your results after 2-3 months
How intense was it
Diet your own or followed strict healthy one

Babysit children for a few months.
you forget to eat because youre feeding them,
you get toned muscles bc you have to carry them,
your muscles get a good definition too bc youre chasing them everywhere

little rascals give a good exercise

It's not really intense or anything but I do use my stationary bike and do two hours sessions twice a day. I actually only started this last May after I graduated from college because of the weight I gained while in college. I'm 5'5" and I went from 191lbs to 151lbs but my goal weight is 135lbs.

I lift weights. 24 ounces at a time. But those 24 ounces keep getting lighter with every rep I do until there is nothing left., So I have to get another 24 ounces till THAT one's gone.

Doing push-ups and sit-ups; pull-ups, I use that wheel with the strength built into it for My crunches, and OCCASIONALLY, I'll actually resort to lifting the weights themselves...

Other than that, I try and eat as healthy as I can...TRYING to cut back on bad Habits, and I go jogging around My Farms perimeter often twice a Day. I'm trying!

Most intense daily exercise for me:
Stands up, walks to bathroom, finish whatever business I have there, walks back to room, sits down to use pc again.

Truly exhausting, the force of gravity is always making me fall down to the floor, and since standing up is a pain, sometimes I have to crawl to reach my goal instead.

Somedays tho, only sometimes, I walk to the kitchen to get some snacks. Bathroom breaks are nothing compared to that.

Martial arts classes 4x/week, walking 5 miles/day commuting to and from work, shorter sets of ab work/push-ups on alternate days, and stretching every day. I don't pay that much attention to diet, but my roommate and I do pretty much all of our own cooking, so almost no processed foods and all whole grain/little to no sugar added.

I walk 10 to 15 miles a day. An hour in the morning, an hour at lunch, and an hour in the evening. Getting in shape to powerwalk the Peachtree on July 4th.
