I run about 12 to 15 miles a week... REALLY slowly...
I hurt myself with a groin-pull so I had a tough time getting back on track.

I find if I eat a little later and small amounts I can loose weight. I haven't been very good at keeping my diet for a while... been hovering around 230 to 240... I was at 283...

Got a lot of work to do.

Try out myfitnesspal if you haven't already tried it. Helps a lot with keeping your diet on track.

I first start with cardio.
I run on the treadmill for about an hour.
After that I work on abs and start with 2 sets of 40 crunches then another 2 sets for 40 sit ups.
I then use 50 pound dumbbells and do about 2 sets of 30 reps..
I also bench 160 and do 2 sets of 20 reps. (trying to go for more)
If I ever have time I go cycling or hiking on the weekends. (I live near hollywood hills so I hike up to the hollywood sign and back)
There are way more little workouts I do then this, but I'm lazy to list them all haha.

Jog 1 hour every day. Eat whole foods (things with one ingredient). Lean protein (chicken, turkey, salmon), fresh fruits/vegetables, whole grains (mostly oatmeal), nuts/seeds. I avoid sugar and sodium. I eat as much as I want and don't pay attention to calories.

For diet/nutrition tips I suggest checking out http://www.whfoods.com

Yeah I hear that from a lot of people. But I'm fine. I've had the dvds for years already and I don't really want to pay for the extra gas for driving to a gym/gym membership. It's all extra stuff I don't really want to try to fit in right now. :s I would like to be able but it's just not gonna work for me right now.

But I will eat more. Taking in like 2000-2500 calories right now. Being like 70g fat a day or so. Maybe lower the fat add more carbs keep protein at about 120-150g. Pluss I'm a firm believe in fruit. Some people go nuts over the natural sugars. But I'm gonna be sweating my butt off all summer so that works for me, plus it's delicious! ^.^

If you've had the dvds for years already and haven't used them, then you're obviously not excited about doing it and in reality probably won't change anything. Set yourself up for success. If you think you're busy now and that you don't have time, I can guarantee you it won't get any easier the older you get. You'll work more, have more things demanding your attention. Get into the habit of training otherwise you'll come to a point where you truly won't have time for it and will want to make the sacrifice in time even less. If you start now, and get hooked up in it then when that time comes you'll find yourself making that a priority which will do a lot of things for keeping you healthy in your later years. Plus chicks dig strong guys and you simply won't ever get strong with P90X

I said dust them off. I never said I haven't used them. I stopped using them once I had the results I wanted when I was in High School. Anyways I'm not gonna keep going on this like we're on bodybuilding.com or something.

To each his own though

Random sessions of shadow boxing and tag with Marshmallow, plus being my bf's bjj practice dummy outside of gym.. Lol..

I do need to get back to being more active though. Summer is almost here and I need to look great in my summer dresses.

Back when I could afford a gym membership I did Crossfit 2x/week, powerlifting 1x/week and went rock climbing on off days. Since then I've taken up Ultimate Frisbee one night a week and long bike rides a couple nights a week (20+ miles). It's not quite the same, it's way more cardio than I'm used to, but it'll do until I can get access to a decent gym again.

I have a gym membership. So it depends on the day
Mon- Kickboxing for an hour.
Tuesday-TKD stretches and form; Zumba an hour each
Wednesday-just a break day
Thursday- same as Tuesday
Friday-this day i would either just relax or go for a bike ride or run at the trail.
Saturday- occasional Zumba, but when the weather warms up i start heading to the trail for a run.

Sounds like someones had some bad experiences at BB. I'm sure you are referring to the forum rather than the actual site. The main page articles and general info is EXTREMELY helpful. Although the forum can be helpful from time to time depending on what users you are getting the info from. I've always gotten good advice and been a good contributor there.

Then 1 hour walk back to gym
And finally self lifts 4 set on arms then
Weight lifting depending how much I need.
