For the past almost month or so I've been having issues with the CR app on 360. I've never had an issue before, much less one that lasts this long. Sometimes, when I start the app, it makes me sign in all over again then tells me that the data retrieved was malformed. Then, if it does let me in, nothing will load and I get an alert saying that the CR servers are unavailable. It runs fine on my phone and my buddy's phone, it's just on the 360. Is this beyond a CR problem and it's an issue with the actual Xbox app as a whole? And does anyone have any suggestions on what to do?

Have you tried deleting and re-installing the app?

I've done that three times, deleted the data in the storage, and re-downloaded the app. Then I try re-downloading my 360 profile and that worked for a little while, then back to the same problem. I've deactivated my console and deleted the app too.

I'm having the exact same problem!!

Sometimes, my video will cut off halfway through the stream and I'll get a message saying that the CR servers are unavailable. Then, when I try to hit the "Retry" button, it takes me back a few episodes all the way to the one I originally selected and just now, it did it again except this time, it won't load anything at all...

When I tried to restart the app, it wants me to sign in again (Even though it automatically signs me in usually...) and now I'm getting the message "The data we retrieved from the request was malformed." It won't let me do anything else...

I've tried restarting my 360 and the app but nothing is working. You're telling me Ima need to reinstall the whole app and delete all the data to fix it for now? Ughh..

Please fix this soon!

roku and android apps seem to be down right now.. maybe why the xbox app is now having trouble.

Hell yeah it is, I keep getting the malformed data request error! You guys need to get with Microsoft and fix the 360 app, I'm close to cancelling my membership.

I am having the exact same problem I've tried deactivating my console and deleting the app too and that worked for a little while but it wont work any more

Same thing xbox only not working. iPhone works fine. Hurry Hurry fix it soon. I bumming without my Bleach today

I just got the malformed error as well about a minute or so ago on my 360.

I would love to have it fixed soon...I'm on my trial version and I want every second to count.

it looks like its down on the ps3 too keep getting an error message when I try to sign in so it might be a problem with crunchyroll because I don't think that both Sony and Microsoft would go down at the same time

I'm getting the malformed data message on my 360 as well. The only reason I'm logged in here is to make sure I hadn't simply forgotten my login information.
