same here, if I can't watch it on my 360 then there is no need for me to pay for this app. It is almost due for me to pay again and if this is how it is going to be then I'm not going to pay for it. I have been a customer for over a year now

I managed to get past it...Not sure if it is a permanent fix but here's what I did:

Go to account settings

Then under account settings, click 'My Devices'

Under My Devices, click Deactivate on the console or hand held, and then go and resign in on that device.

Hope this helps.


Update: After a little time of server connection issues, I finally got back to the Shows.

I was able to get the app to work again after waiting a few hours...Still very inconvenient!..
