PC Windows 8.1 (with 8.1 update)
Using Internet Explorer (whichever version comes with the OS)

I play a video from my queue. After a few minutes of play, the video stops and the next video, for the series, starts to play. This is happening for every video in my queue and any video I add to the queue. This seems to have started with the last MS update (date is 05/04/2014), but I did not access my account during the month of April much.

If this continues, I'll be cancelling my subscription and asking for a rebate starting from May until the end of the contract.

You can work around part of the problem by disabling autoplay (by clicking on the orange "arrow in a circle" icon on the right side of the player controls).

This behavior is caused by something causing the stream to abort (i.e., shut off) as opposed to the stream simply stalling or the bandwidth being reduced.

Before demanding a refund from CR, I would suggest trying the service with another PC. (A device would not be revealing, as those use a different CDN). After all, if it turned out the issue with your PC (due to the update or other reasons), it would be quite unfair to expect CR to issue or refund or even resolve that problem for you.
