Inbox issue.

Hello I was wondering if there is any kind of known issue or possible fix for a problem I seem to be having with my inbox. Currently I only receive a notification that I have received a PM only if two people send me a message or I get two messages. My inbox has (-1) next to it which I would assume is the problem. I suppose if nothing can be done I can just simply keep an unread message in my inbox so it isn't too big of a deal but I just thought I would ask.

If you issue a support request, they'll fix it faster than just posing here. The same thing happened to me a few months ago. use the contact us link at the bottom of the page.

True enough. I didn't really even think about it. I just figured if it was something I could do on my end that it would be easier than bothering the staff with something I don't care about too awfully much.

True enough. I didn't really even think about it. I just figured if it was something I could do on my end that it would be easier than bothering the staff with something I don't care about too awfully much.


I know it isn't something you can fix yourself. They run some sort of reset script that fixes the problem on their end.
