For Mother's Day, Me and My Dad helped prepare Homemade Lasagna for Mom...It's always been one of Her favorite meals, and of course She prefers a handmade meal than going and grabbing a frozen Stouffers.

And who wouldn't?

Today I was lazy and did some On-Core Chicken Parmesan.... Yesterday I did a couple bacon cheese burgers with fresh diced onions and cilantro for garnish.
The day before I did a cix-bewb stir-fry with some my home made teriyaki sauce, sliced onions, celery, cabbage, sweet bell peppers. I dredged the chicken bewbs in some Bisquick before I fried them separately from veggies to get a nice crunchy coating on them. Then I took the cix out and tossed the veggies for about three or four minutes to get them tender and a little charred. After I was happy with the veggies I tossed the cix back in with them and some teriyaki.... Dump it on a plate with a bit of rice and yummmmmm....

The last time I baked anything other than a roast was..... some of Mom's sugar cookies....

I also make a great coffee cake....

Beef and veggie stir fry with tofu (veggies include green bell peppers, zucchini, green onions, onions, garlic, and cabbage).

Beef marinated in various sauces (including rice wine, ponzu, and some teriyaki iirc).

White rice steamed with garlic powder.

It was decent.

Cooked a Mother's Day dinner for my wife.

T-bones that had been marinated and then grilled over charcoal
Summer squash and onion medley (yellow and zucchini squash)
Fresh corn on the cob
Baby lima beans
Picked some fresh strawberries from a nearby farm and made strawberry parfaits and daiquiris

The T-bones were so good, I'm still thinking about them.

Your wife is lucky to have a guy like you.
