I guess you have created 2 separate accounts, one on the pc, one through one of our apps.
As I cannot immediately locate the second account, please /contact our customer support. They will ask you for further information in order to locate your charges.

Not that I know of I did buy it on Xbox 360 but its the same email and user name I made on it didn't remake the account if that's what you mean and thanks for the reply iv already messaged the customer support 2 or 3 days ago but haven't had reply

Can you log into the app on your xbox for a second and watch a video? Do you have ads there?

I'll be able to locate your duplicate account that way, too.

Two questions:

1) Is there any way I can cancel a prepaid membership that I purchased that I haven't been charged yet? The card is linked with my Paypal account and I have cancelled the transactions on Paypal. HOWEVER, I don't see the "cancel membership" button anymore when I go under account management.

Basically, I need the prepaid part removed so that I can use my gift card to purchase membership.


2) Do you guys still accept Gift Cards? I'm not talking about the Anime Subscription Gift Cards but one I got from a friend. I have it linked to my Paypal account (which is why I cancelled in the first placed) so I want to use my gift card to purchase membership credit.

Please respond if possible. Thanks...

Edit: both issues resolved.

Still never got a response back from the customer support query though.

Ran into a problem involving paying with a pre-paid gift card again.

All the info I entered were correct and I was in the process of checking out the order. Then at the final confirmation screen, I get this message:



One thing I also have to mention is that on my membership status, I have it set as:


I am paying manually by using the Paypal gift card method. Not sure if this has any effect on my issue though. Can anyone help me with this?

Is this a new pre-paid card? Perhaps the card company doesn't have the necessary information for CR to verify the payment info against, such as a billing address/zip code.

I had this card a few months. However, I used this card successfully last time for a 3 month subscription so I know it works. Last time, I didn't get the error page multiple times though so I'm not sure why it's happening this time.

Edit: still not working. I still get the error message.

You seem to have a recurring subscription via Paypal. Where are you using those cards?

I'm using a prepaid gift card as for now. The one I'm currently using is linked to my Paypal account. The card I got was from a friend who bought it at a local store.

Edit:

Okay, I got it working now by myself. Apparently, I had to cancel my recurring process and do it manually again. It was simple and I paid it successfully now.

Hi. I bought a 12 month recurring "Premium" membership through Paypal on June 13th, but it still says my account is a "Normal" membership. I used the contact form, but have yet to get a reply. That was around a week ago.

Fixed.
Also set you up with a 14 days gift for the days this bug caused you to miss.
