Before anything, just have to say that what I'm about to post has already been forwarded thru the "Contact Us" link. However, seein' as this is a time-sensitive issue, I may as well play safe and report it here as well, hoping my concerns be addressed expeditiously.

My supposed "Next Billing Date" for the next 90 days of membership was displayed as 7/25, and therefore, I changed my billing method to a different card on the 24th (since the cc used on the previous doesn't have sufficient funds). Upon checkin' the "Current and Future Memberships" table, the billing shows as 7/24, Pending and still displays the old payment info. I need to make sure that this be billed on the proper card. Is there any way for this to be fixed immediately? Or should I wait thru the service report that's been submitted? Please advise.

That will need to be handled by customer service, and the best way to get in touch with customer service is through the /contact form.

As mentioned on the first sentence of my post, already sent the report in such manner. Since the billing date's due, simply hopin' they'd fix this quick. The last I've sent something thru the Contact link, it took them months before it got repaired (but this is for a different matter, not payment issues). Still, thanks kindly for the reply.

Would be really great if you allowed transactions threw amazon which is a lot like google pay that i don't use.
