well my thoughts are this.
we are aware of 4 dimentions. there should be more, look up string theroy.
at any rate, its stupid to assume something is impossible just cus it sounds like it.
if we did, we woudl still be stuck on the ground and never have GPS (gps was made to nuke bases, instead of entier cities, lol)

anyways, im a big fan of tradition chineses medicine. like i said, ive seen stuff cured or helped that should not be possible, given current modern mediacal understanding.
a lot comes down to, we dont really understand out universe nearly as good as we think we do.

look back to the world, 1860's. most thought most everything was understood. math, physics, all that jazz was pretty much researched.
then some fool left a chunk of hot metal in a drawer next to some film and fogged it.
suddenly x-rays, then spitting of atoms, then the beginnings of quantom physic.
suddnely we understood as a race just how little we knew.

im not saying the OP is more than joking, he is probly off his rocker, but then again, id rather keep my mind open, to err on the side of caution, so to speak.

now ill shut up, thank you very much.

but honestly i have seen super strong punches before. saw an old man in asia break a tree trunk with a single punch. trunk had no sign of wearing or rotting or any explosive, it wasn't even a stunt. he was doing it to chop up logs for his home to cook with.

dunno if qi exist, or he was able to hone all the potential energy in a human body that your everyday pro boxer can't even get close to.

sure, stuff like that is possible. that old man probably trained for DECADES to be able to do it, though. it's not something you can learn to do in a short amount of time. as for shooting Qi/Ki/Chi lasters and flying...... no.

Write fiction?

Or, I don't know, read a book on the subject?

This is entirely possible, through extensive training of course. A pro boxer doesn't hone the body's energy. They hone their stamina, physical strength and endurance. All of these are done through physical training. The methods used in Asia rely mostly on learning how to control the body's supply of Adrenaline at will.

However, things like the Rasengan are impossible. "Chakra" is also known as "Chi", and that sort of training is mostly mental training and learning the pressure points of the body. Strike the correct pressure point and you disable your opponent. But this is usually extremely circumstantial, just like Karate.

According to some anime, standing under a waterfall for a week might help.

if you did not know, son goku's character is derived from the chinese story journey to the west.

it was said goku exploded(born) from a rock.

you now have to ask yourself did you exploded out of a rock?
