The manga reader that I just paid an additional fifteen dollars to use is, simply put, bad. Very bad. The quality of the pages are crisp, the translations are great, but the controls make the whole thing not worth using. Why does scrolling with the mouse (or, in my case, trackpad) scroll through the different pages instead of scrolling down the one page? Why is it that the only way to scroll down a zoomed-in page is to use the (TERRIBLE) method of controlling the page with your mouse (or trackpad) WHEN THE ARROWS OR OTHER KEYS COULD JUST AS EASILY BE USED? This makes it nearly impossible, or at least very damned annoying, to use the service that I paid good money for! And I will NOT be resubscribing premium or recommending Crunchyroll to my friends until these GLARING issues are FIXED!

I must agree with the OP that the navigation methods currently used are annoying.

There is the lack of doubleclick zooming... every app I have used to read manga has this feature.

I do not agree with the OP that scrollwheel page turning is bad. However, while zoomed in... you should switch to single page parchment mode so that we can just keep scrolling down through all of the pages without stopping.

Next up:
1. Bring guide-mode to PC!!!

2. Allow both the app and website to remember our places in all of the mangas we are reading! Things like "Last Read" and automatic bookmarking in the issues we have read so that we don't have to manually go back to the page we were reading. The app does this only with the current manga you have open... but what if you switch apps and come back to only have it crash on you? It would be nice for the app to keep track of every title we are reading and have it sync with the site.

3. In the app, we need a way to see when there is a new release for our favorites. A "NEW" tag would be helpful.

I'm so sorry for the delay in response to this! We are currently working on doing some major improvements to our app and web reader, though I can't announce what is being changed and when but please keep an eye out for updates, they're coming soon! Being a digital manga reader, I totally understand where you are coming from with your 3 points you touched on. I have the same feedback and we are taking steps to make all of your feedback as well as other feedback reality! Thanks for your support and patience

Yeah, the browser set up for manga is pretty poopy. I tend to just pull out my phone and use the app to read manga on Crunchyroll. I love the app (though it is not without its problems at times), but the web browser side of things could use some work.
