Post Reply Extra payments what the hell?

:angry: in the pass 3 months I have be charged twice in march twice in april and once in May when i canceled two weeks before may. I have tried to contact administration 3x I get an email back telling me to post the extra payments and the last four numbers of my card with my name as it is on the card. so do this and then the never get back to me I send the same email like 7-8 times all three times that I tried to contact the administration. I truly am an amine fanatic and this the best site that I have found for it but why am I a paying customer being charged 5x with when i only paid for 2? this won't get a reply either.

Billing problems should go right to the direct support contact page. They aren't going to discuss money openly on the forums. Link to support page: /help?topic=contact

At the very least, you having two accounts is probably what led to you getting double payments, especially if you had them both on a trial and didn't cancel.

Make sure to check your spam box for replies. Since it is the weekend, I will ask around tomorrow to see if someone sent you a reply.

I have to account only because I thought I never started one. My main account is this one sure I have enjoyed a free trial here and there but I have always canceled but around march i said I love having premium so I decided to start paying under one account I wouldn't be on here complaining if it was something as obvious as having two accounts that are premium my other account doesn't even have card on it. I check countless times to make sure one premujm and one was it jusr one account being charge twice a month.

Yet you posted this same question twice--once with each account. If you were certain the payments were made for just one of these accounts, why didn't you just post once using that account?

You know what you guys have to do is to make that "CONTACT US" and billing thing more obvious on both the Help section and at the bottom. I mean seriously. It prevents run arounds like these.

I posted from both account because of lack of feedback from the contact us section like I said i tried to reach out several times but only got the one email back to send extra info which I did but after that no more feedback so i tried to post in a the forum but couldn't because I didn't have a user name I remember I set up a user name on my seond account so posted it there back tracking from my second account I figured out how to set up my user name. I was just trying to get a response after begin ignored quite a few times. Is this what you guys do try to make you customers look stupid?

Customer support will still not directly answer any billing questions/concerns within the forum.

Leave them each a Private Message, PM, on your situation. They are, at least to what's visible, the ones responsible to things like these. You can escalate it there a bit more. If you are not satisfied, then tell us, the other customers here, that you are not getting taken care of. That might jiggle and jangle some bells.

Keep us up to date. I look forward to seeing your problem resolve or at the very least be responded to in a timely manner.

Let's take these perspectives. We are going to assume that he/she already took the steps as you guys suggested and even mentions messaging the staff several times. Don't you think that he/she is escalating the issue so that he/she can get more of an attention? I don't know. Maybe the forum mods that see this thing would note the actual staff to maybe do something. Or even maybe, this can be shown as an example of how things are a bit sluggish to how unresponsive on the support end is, i.e. some kind of feedback that can seen by the other customers. Either way, it's a reflection of what's he is getting from the staff, and that we, the customers, should take wary of this.

Regardless of how honest the user is, I see the user at the right at at least the angle that I see it in. I don't see the point of he/she getting
berated by the same message over and over again if the issue isn't resolved by the suggested answer.

(The only way that I could see him/her getting the email in the first place is he/she used the "CONTACT US" feature.)
