Founds this on ANN earlier:
http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2014-05-12/beachside-novel-kurage-no-shokudo-has-anime-in-the-works

Apparently, it's about...

a protagonist finds himself lying on the beach one day. He is picked up by Arashi, who manages a restaurant called Kurage no Shokudō. When asked who he is, the protagonist tells a lie that he lost his memory — but he remembers everything, including the fact that his twin brother died.

Apparently, it will be adapted from a light novel and Yozakura Quartet staff will be in charge of the production. Honestly, I think the premise sounds interesting. I'm curious to know why the protagonist lied though. As for the adaptation itself, I hope it will be a full TV series. With a premise like that, development is necessary imo.

Is Arashi a chick? If yes, the answer should reveal itself to you.

I'm not sure but probably not. I don't even know the protagonist's full name right now even if he says, it could be a lie. (well, he tells lies based on the premise)

Yeah if Arashi is a woman it is clear she was in love/a relationship with his dead twin.

Try filling out this sentence: "The man lied because_____". Most people would put "because of a woman".

Well it isn't just the knowledge that he lied about remembering things it is also the fact that they specify he has a dead twin brother. WHY would they specify that if it wasn't a really important thing in regards to our main's interactions with the other characters?

Technically we have no information on the plot lol. Picture this. He is lying on the beach after his brother's death (or a long time after his death and he is just thinking about his dead brother at the time), and a girl approaches him. He (is maybe suicidal and wanted to jump in the ocean,) has nothing to live for, so he says "oh, what the hell" to himself. "I lost my memories, pretty girl, give me a job". There you go.

That's definitely an intriguing premise. I'll be keeping my eye on this.

Shoot...I saw the title and was hoping it might be a continuation of Kuragehime... I love the anime and want it to continue.

Still, this sounds interesting and if it's from the guys who did Yozakura Quartet, I'd definitely be down to check it out.
