Linux Mint should work fine. It's a pretty good distro. Our Pastor uses it at the PC at church & some of our older members who aren't super tech savvy have been using it well.

its great for everything except gaming since a lot of games are mac and windows exclusive but for everything else its very good

(BTW, I noticed no one actually answered your question, because you included pertinent details in the "description" field but left them out of your opening post.
