Just wondering how everybody else feels about Funimation and if you feel like they could make some improvements to what they're doing or if they're fine the way they are

They're fine as is lol. I mean, they don't need to fix anything as of yet.

hate funimation.

and why do they advertise their site on an Australian legal anime watching website when they don't even let Australian people watch their videos?

Most of their VA corral are sub-par, but since a few large voids in the licencing industry died off, they've taken over the reigns and have brought some stuff we lost back, and have been bringing some good stuff over.
I will admit, despite repetition of programming, I was disappointed that Verizon removed the channel. They do keep some good stuff running on the on-demand section.

I think the dubs are okay enough but I don't like their website and their Roku streaming app blows. So I initially chose option two although I also agree that it would be cool if CR could distribute shows instead of Hulu. Hulu gets on my nerves.

I'm fine with them, they haven't really done anything wrong for the most part.

They don't allow prepaid payment through Rixty or the like. That's the only reason I don't watch them.

<3 Rixty

Edit: I do see they have PayPal again now, was unavailable last time I checked. Maybe I'll look into that.

For the most part the dubs are very good. Some can be bad here and there. I just wish the streaming would be better.

I no longer use Funimation. I watch dubs elsewhere and it does not involve Netflix.

Somehow I enjoyed their dubs better than Sentai's. Also the packaging of their products don't come off as cheap looking compare to Sentai's. The only thing I hate is their website, it's so cluttered and most of the time keeps on crashing.

I've tried not to hate them, but seriously no single video is available in my country <.<

I chose the first one, but I am impartial to dubs honestly. I love their site, the goods I can get from their store, and their Roku app gets so much use out of me it's probably telling me to take a break.

I don't love or hate the dubs. Just indifferent to it and only watch the dub version for a few animes. The site, however, is a different story altogether. Probably one of the worst implementations of a streaming site I have ever been to. They even make you pay for the app in order to use your premium account (not that I have one)

I just wish they would Have a joint venture with Crunchyroll so they could make the Anime channel worth while.

I don't give a shit about the dubs (am a little surprised that your poll seems to be so centered on that aspect of what they offer), since I prefer to watch subs when they are available. I watch Funi via Roku, and mostly just visit the website to manage my queue (since they no longer have that functionality on Roku). I'm happy it with Funimation for the way that I use it.

(I do wish they had an app that would allow me to watch using my phone's 3G service though (I'd be more caught up on Mushi-shi if they did!)--however their iApp is pretty crappy anyway, and requires broadband for watching stuff.)
