You hace to expand the cache capacity if the web browser to stream in 1080p example. In Firefox expand it to at least 500mb. It allow ti buffer more data of the video.

I say try other Internet Providers in your area. Sometimes crunchyroll has some conflict with certain ISPs.

You can probably ask a friend or co-worker to help you with this. Additionally, try your service with a higher tier plan. You can usually request this if you can talk the customer service into doing this.

Crunchyroll has a funny type of buffering system. Due to some agreements with the companies that they work with, the end user is only to have a limited amount of buffer. The buffer, as I see it, doesn't load all the way and only allow for probably less than 2 minutes of load.

I'm on Comcast and I have no problems streaming 1080P. It's actually the steadiest and least likely to freeze, skip, or stall out of the three premium offerings with the 720P being the worst. 480P isn't too bad either.

Also, if you don't receive an answer to you problem here, you can send a note directly to Crunchyroll via the Contact Us link: http://www.crunchyroll.com/help?topic=contact . It's burred at the bottom of this page in a 5 point font.

If you do contact CR, you'll probably need to give them your full system specs along with your network specs (modem, router, ISP, etc).

Good luck.
