No only Makoto went all the way.

He fucked them all like it was his last night. He died happy, that is all that matters.

It's because School Days is based off of eroge, which I actually have. The anime version just doesn't have the H scenes. Other harem main characters, it sucks they are in a shounen anime, not hentai

There are plenty of harem hentai.

I am not quite sure where you were going with your last post.

I guess Free! sucks...

There it is folks a defender of Free! who just said Free! sucks.

It does suck. It was just stupid fun.

The only time I defend Free! is when people bitch about it ruining an industry or that 'ew there's naked men omg my eyes' mindset annoying twerps had when it came out.

Action/Adventure sucks. They are so boring and obvious

Good thing I don't really care for action/adventure series either.

Anyway, I wasn't being serious with that post. It's just you were kind of asking for that kind of response with your forum topic.

My problem with the people who hate them are their arguments. If your going to hate them then fine but can you come up with arguments that can't be applied to any genre. 'Most of them suck' same with every genre. 'The amount of them is stupid' Its a trend and its going out, if this were the 80's you'd be complaining about the amount of terrible mech anime. 'Its just mindless pandering' so are most series, I admit its more blatant with these genres but in a way I kinda actually find it more forgivable because of that; sort of 'Hey you want this. Yeah! Well come get it' and I can oddly respect that. Its not trying to have a deep emotional story it just gives you what you want (my biggest pet peeve is when a series tries to have depth when they clearly don't).

There is also the blatant ignoring of the good shows that fall into these categories (TWGOK, Monogatari, Chuunibyo,etc.).

The minority always screams the loudest. (apples to games and politics also). If a group gripes about harem/moe, but they keep getting made, guess what.... it sells.

I enjoy them.

I love moe and harem, although I love pretty much every genre of anime.

Sure the MC can be a little dense but not all of them are, and if they are it just leads to something funny later one. There's amazing anime that fall into the Harem category. Just to name a few, TWOGK, Date a Live, Haganai, SAO (yes it's a harem don't fight it), Index (if you don't think so go watch it again), and Ouran High School!

As for moe and slice of life, well the title says it all. It's a slice of life. Not all anime has to be some sort of action adventure that will last 100s of episodes (and anyone who thinks that, honestly, shut the fuck up you're wrong). People need to relax and with the shit on TV now it's understandable to watch Lucky Star or K-ON to loosen up and relax after a long day at work.

And you may say that "this genre sucks, no one watches it." then why are so many made each year? Two reasons, it's the trend in the anime industry right now and simply a lot of people like it. Remember how lot of people say "I don't watch Slice if Life" well last time I checked Non Non Biyori was one of the most popular anime of 2013 and Engaged to the Unidentified was one of this winter's best anime. People are just biased pricks with no life who wish to make someone made to entertain themselves for a few minutes.

It should be hated. It's cancerous and damaging to the medium. I hope that one day it will all be crammed back into the cubbyhole it started in.

I prefer Silver Spoon. It had some deep thoughts, and also had horsies

Agreed. Slice of life has way more re-watch value than action adventure. And the pattern says it. More hardcore otakus like moe/slice of life. That's why their blu-ray sales are better than any other ones.

What I hate though, ppl who only watch like few popular animes and calling themselves otaku.

Seriously. It's a played-out trope. Let's get out of the middle and high schools and do some college or maybe even some adult workplace material to educate about the horrors of fending for yourself DESS.
