Wait, what? There's a study coming out of the Mayo Clinic where a woman's cancer has gone into remission after being dosed with a LARGE quantity of the Measles Vaccine. Here's a bit about it from the Star Tribune:

Stacy Erholtz was out of conventional treatment options for blood cancer last June when she underwent an experimental trial at the Mayo Clinic that injected her with enough measles vaccine to inoculate 10 million people.

The 50-year-old Pequot Lakes mother is now part of medical history.

The cancer, which had spread widely through her body, went into complete remission and was undetectable in Erholtz’s body after just one dose of the measles vaccine, which has an uncanny affinity for certain kinds of tumors.

Erholtz was one of just two subjects in the experiment and the only one to achieve complete remission. But the experiment provides the “proof of concept” that a single, massive dose of intravenous viral therapy can kill cancer by overwhelming its natural defenses, according to Dr. Stephen Russell, a professor of molecular medicine who spearheaded the research at Mayo.

You can read more about it here:

I hope the "cure for cancer" is inexpensive.
But, it never does.

It'll start off inexpensive but the government will just charge a shit tonne of cash for it. I just know it.

Maybe they will come up with a way to cure stupidity with an inoculation to the brain.

A sample size of one is not significant.. Wait.

It reminds me of that story where a person who was HIV+ became - because she/he underwent a bone marrow transplant and due to the natural resistance of the donor to HIV, the HIV+ person was cured.

It fascinates me very much, what the human body is capable of doing; billions of years worth of evolution, resulting in intricate and complex defence mechanisms.

As for the vaccine-curing-cancer research, honestly, I don't know how they're going to find a large enough sample, considering the patients have to be on their death bed to even consider taking the experimental procedure. But I think this method definitely has less severe side effects than chemotherapy.

Do you know how the flu vaccine works? People do not get the flu from the vaccine, it's just an exposure to non-functional viral particles so that the immune system can recognize pieces from the strains scientists believe will be circulating that year so that if the body encounters the real virus it already has an immunity. People who "get the flu" from the vaccine must have already had it incubating in them before they got the shot. Much of the flu symptoms are due to the body's immune response, and with antigens being presented to the body in the form of a vaccine some patient's immune systems may react and produce mild flu-like symptoms for a day or two (nothing serious). They aren't given a dose of infectious virus mixed in with horse pee and poison. Very few vaccines have to use a "live" type virus, but the flu shot (not flu mist) is not one of those, and even the ones that do use a "live" form are attenuated and are not pathogenic.

Cancer cannot be cured through diet alone and it is not about gut dysfunction for hormonal imbalances. Cancer is about genetic mutations in cells that cause them to grow and proliferate indefinitely. Carcinogens (things that damage/mutate DNA) give risk to cancer because they are known to damage DNA. Smoking introduces carcinogens into the body (particularly lungs) that can damage DNA and increase the risk of cancer. The UV radiation from the sun leading to sun burns can damage DNA and that's why people who tan or get burned are at risk for skin cancers. Each cell contains DNA coding for promotion of the cell cycle and division, mutations in these genes or in promoter/inhibitor areas of these genes can lead to cells that go out of control and become cancerous.

Medical "physican" at Harvard....You sound like some homeopathic quack. Clearly not a doctor, and I don't know what you're playing at but you've done a poor job. Cancer can not be cured by diet alone; if that were possible my stepdad would still be here. Maybe we should have tried the "physicans" at Harvard. What a joke. Weirdo.
