So I'd like some constructive criticism on this. I'm not spending a ton of time polishing this series, since it's just for fun/practice, but they ARE practice nevertheless. I'd rather figure out what I need to work on now, before I apply the same overall strategy to something that IS polished. So what do you think? Be brutal.

I thought it was funny, but I thought the animations could've been a little more fluid. Nice, fun story. The things you should work on now is just the animations and the sound quality, but even then I think it's still decent. Keep it up.

I'm going to have to disagree with TheChowster's critique and suggest you focus more on bringing the art quality up to a higher level. I think for what you're doing your animations are acceptable. What will elevate this series is better drawn characters. For example in the image you've provided, the character's eyes are too close together. Eliminating things like this and fine tuning your art will definitely bring the "quality" up imo.

Either way, keep doing your thing. I know first hand how hard it is to produce an animated work, so anyone that attempts it has my respect.

Thanks! I'm just wondering, what exactly are you referring to in the sound quality? Is there something specific that's no good?

Thank you! I see what you mean. Shame I didn't notice how close they were before I published it. Now that you mention it, it's all I can see, hahah, that's how these things work I guess. But yeah, I would like to improve my art. I have to take so long to get everything to look right that it's no longer worth spending that time on a single frame when I have to draw it 80 more times, lol. My girlfriend bought me a cool anatomy book and an animation book, I'll have to spend some more time reading those. Thanks again for the feedback!

You have a very good sense of color and design. I just wish your characters moved more! Could have really used a bit more keyframes in there. As for the eyes, her eyes did look a little strange, but I realized it is because her eyes are shifted a little more to the right than they should be.

Sound and voice acting is great, you definitely got that down.

Sorry about the sound quality, I accidentally viewed the video on a pair of bad headphones. Listened to it again and it was fine.

Yeah, I do seem to be getting a lot of comments about the lack of movement. I'm trying too hard to finish it quickly I think, and it's showing through a little too much. Thanks for the feedback!

Oh okay, haha. Yeah I thought I overlooked something. Of course that splash sound wasn't exactly what I wanted to use, but you know.
