It doesn't look good that Coppelion is still not fully translated and yet you think it's fine to start yet another new title. It's been stuck at Volume 14 for god knows how long, how about an update as to when you will have it fully translated. Same with other titles that have volumes/chapters missing, updates would be nice.

If I had to guess, it's because manga licenses work somewhat like anime licenses do - one license doesn't impact another, and some licenses don't allow for previous episodes, or require that they come out at a set rate. Coppelion might be waiting because that was the agreement signed.

That is just a guess, however.

If a title isn't fully available, it isn't due to a lack of translation manpower, it is because those chapters haven't been made available to CR yet.

Not starting another title wouldn't affect Coppelion in any way, it would just deprive people of the new title.

CR isn't some scantalation group that has a limited number of members than can only work on x titles at the same time.

We are working diligently to get back catalogs translated, however that has no impact on whether we pick up new titles or not. We are constantly looking to license new content for our manga readers along with translating catalog content. We appreciate your patience while we grow our catalog as well as pick up new titles to bring to our audience and I assure you we are working hard at translating all of our content, new and catalog. Thanks again!

Acquisition of new titles may not have any actual impact on the release of existing one, but the problem is with perception.

When series people are following have large gaps in them, adding more titles doesn't look good. Especially because you end up with a large catalogue of incomplete manga. It's a situation that looks worse than it is, but those impressions are vital for hooking readers in and keeping them there.
