http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/? Skyrim Nexus should have everything you need, Skyrim-mod wise............. although I'm not actually finding K-ENB on there. :/ I can see E-ENB and TK-ENB series though......
And seriously, use NMM. USE NEXUS MOD MANAGER, SERIOUSLY. Even if you can't use it to download every mod you want to use, you can still use it to install the files once you've got them- just click the 'mods' tab then the 'add mod from file' button. It's fairly straightforward and it won't screw up your game files in any way- much safer than doing a manual install..... I can't tell you the nightmares I had with Oblivion mods back in the day...... *shiver*
SO USE THE BLOODY NMM,

Sorry- I'm not on either. I can try to help you out here though if you want, or PM me- whatever you want. I've been using mods on Bethesda games since Morrowind, so I'm at least reasonably familiar with the process.

Maybe you have already figured everything out, but just in case...

You will not find the actual ENB .dll's on Skyrim Nexus (well you might, but the author only wants it available on their site) The files and instructions are here http://enbdev.com/download.htm

It's been a while, but I remember you might also have to change some settings in Skyrim's ini's to get ENB running properly. This guide will be helpful http://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:ENB#tab=Installation Check that out, then you can go to Skyrim Nexus and find a preset that you like. Download that and replace the defaults.
