Steak and cheese on Italian herb & cheese bread with a mountain of onions swimming in sweet onion sauce (I love onions in my sandwiches), some olives (so I don't look crazy), more onion, and to wash it down (and to try to get rid the of onion breath) a bottle of red fanta.

I had a subway sandwich today and it is one of the ones that is my favorite from them. Chicken strips on Italian bread with bacon and provolone cheese, toasted, with lettuce, tomato, a little extra mayo, and black pepper.

Subway subs aren't real deal subs, and Subway is really subs meet fast food, but it can be a good alternative to McDonalds and Burger King.

Like Dubnoman said, there are better sub sandwiches than those at Subway, but I'm still pretty partial to their meatball subs. Toasted. With Swiss. And olives. A little salt and pepper. On Italian herbs and cheese. Mmmmm.

For me, its the Italian BMT, on Italian herb and cheese, with either pepper-jack or provolone (depending on mood), Cucumbers, Green Bell Peppers, Lettuce, Red Onions, Banana Peppers, and Pickles. Then to top it off...its vinegar and oil, oregano and Parmesan cheese... toasted or cold, depending on my taste that day.

Looking online it looks like Azodicarbonamide aka Yoga Mat/rubber chemical is finally gone from their bread and it's safe to eat there again xD. Even if it isn't and that report is bs, I really think I don't care anymore, it would be nice to go back to the ze subway jeez. I kinda miss their food.

Original chemical scandal from February:
http://z6mag.com/featured/azodicarbonamide-chemical-used-in-subway-bread-to-be-removed-after-petition-by-vani-hari-1623333.html

Update:
http://www.usatoday.com/story/money/business/2014/04/11/subway-yoga-mat-chemical-almost-out-of-bread/7587787/

I usually do/did one of two things.

On Garlic or Italian:
Veggie Patty
Mozzarella
Lettuce
Tomato
Green Pepper
Onion
Sweet Peppers

OR
On Flatbread:
Eggs or Egg White
Mozzarella
Lettuce
Green Pepper
Onion
Sweet Peppers
Pickles (sometimes)
