In the course of using the Services, we ask you to provide us with certain information that could reasonably be used to contact you or identify you personally ("Personal Information"). Personal Information may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, credit card or other billing information, email address and mailing address. Personal Information also includes your IP address or other unique identifier (“Device Identifier”) that is associated, on a persistent or on-going basis, with your computer, mobile phone or other device (any, a “Device”) you use to access the Services.
Some features on the Services may ask users to provide certain information that is not personally identifiable, such as city or state of residence, date of birth and gender (such demographic information is referred to collectively, along with Usage Information (defined below), as “Non-Personal Information”). We may use Non-Personal Information for a variety of purposes, including enhancing or otherwise improving the Services. Non-Personal Information is generally non-identifying, but, if we associate it with you as an identifiable individual, we will treat it as Personal Information.

Business Transfers. We may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of our assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.

This bothers me, maybe, kind of, slightly. Now it cant be bothering me too much as I am currently using Google Chrome for a web browser, but still, dont you find all this tracking and selling a bit rude? I mean in comparison to other websites, GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOGGGGGLLLLLLLLEEEEE, this is a very modest privacy policy where youre only going to sell if you go bankrupt, and I appreciate that but still.
Have you ever seen the movie Pay It Forward? If not, you should its a great movie. Its about a kid who does a good deed and tells the person that instead of paying the kid back, that the person should 'pay it forward', meaning that that person now has to do a good deed for someone else. In the kids brain, this meant that theoretically that if everyone payed it forward that the world would be a better place, at least a nice one. (By the way I saw this movie 10 years or go, so I could be way off)
My point is, that even so all the other websites, GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOGGGGGGGGGLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, are tracking and selling information, you should start to break that trend, and be the better (If not already the best) website.
