I am trying to make a purchase, and whenever I try to apply the promo code 537C-E735C-7698 for this memorial day weekend sale, it doesn't do anything and the price stays the same.


This is a bit unrelated, but $15.99 seems like a lot for shipping. Is this international shipping? Otherwise, I don't see how this could weigh enough to cost that much.

I am having the same problem. When I enter the code, it acts like it accepts it and erases it from the screen but does not apply the discount. I'm glad I'm not alone! I hope it gets fixed soon!

Having the same problem here.

If an order gets placed by the 26th will the discount be applied later even if it is not working properly?

Still see this hasn't been fixed. Disappointed I wasn't able to buy what I wanted today (I was only planning to purchase with the discount).

Same here, the discount incited me to give the store a shot but it didn't even work so I didn't make the purchase and doubt I will in the future.

Yeah, I completely agree. I've purchased things from the store before (with a working discount) and I was very satisfied but this was just upsetting, especially when the discount was plastered all over the website for the entire Monday (not sure if the issue persisted Sat. and Sun.) but it was definitely broken all day Mon.

I completely agree also, a response of any kind would be greatly appreciated. I mean, we're trying to spend our money with them, that alone should warrant a freaking response immediately. Anyone willingly wanting to hand over their money to you should be a top priority. I love this site and am a proud premium member but this time, they let me and a lot of others down and that's not acceptable. I'll definitely look to buy what I was planning to purchase elsewhere. (Now that I've shopped around, I'm pretty convinced Crunchyroll didn't have the best deal anyway, even with the discount.)

Yeah, they don't have to wait until they figure out the problem or anything, it would just be nice to get a response acknowledging that they have seen this, otherwise it just seems like they are ignoring us. Unless they really are ignoring us

It isn't so much as you being ignored as it is that the problem was on a weekend (a long one no less) and there is no store support person available on the weekend. Also the forums are often answered after emails, so if you sent an email you probably already got a response. I am not privy to any details about how the problem was resolved, so I am not much help, but if you use the contact form you will probably get a reply tomorrow.

Yay a response. And yeah, that makes sense, forgot about it being a holiday, and I was joking about the ignoring thing. Didn't even know there was a contact form for problems, I guess that goes to show how solid CR is usually is. Thanks.
