Looks like it'll be good! Just the animation style is strange, but I wanna see it in action before jumping.

I think they're going for that 90s-like animation style.

It definitely has a 90's western animation look. So hyped for this, Trigger is da besss!!!

Looks good.
Though it oddly reminds me of Ninja Turtles for some reason...

Lol Ninja Turtles.

I have fond memories of Ninja Turtles, so Ninja Slayer is tapping into some nostalgia with that.

I honestly think it looks great, really clourful, camp as hell and the style is most certainly Trigger's handwriting. Don't see the comparison to 90's Anime though. By the way: Have you seen Inferno Cop? Because you really should. Watching the entire series only takes like 30 minutes and it's a good indicator of what to expect from this director.

It's just something I'm not too used to, but I agree that this type of style fits Trigger well. And as kurosakiichigo20 said above, I definitely see a call back to 90s western and eastern animation.

And I have not seen Inferno Cop, but I just looked it up and I'll watch it one of these days. Didn't even know that Trigger had a title like that lol.

Ah, okay, you were talking about western animation from the 1990's, that makes a lot more sense.

Everybody always says they are gonna watch Inferno Cop only to forget about it later. Seriously, it's literally five minutes longer than your average Anime episode. Just watch it instead of World Break today, you'll have a much better time

This is going to be a hit or miss for me. I think I might enjoy it though with the director in charge. Going to hunt down the source material soon online.

Well luckily the original version was written by Americans so you can read it in English
