Well, violence and robbery is forbidden. What can the most villainous person do exactly? Call you fat?

definatly, kill la kill at first you see it as this

pure fanservice going over the top

and if you look closely at the story you find messages like these, "dont be embarrased to show your style" that anime is not for fanservice it just helps put its message across

me personly: fairy tail,

another for me was full metal alchimist

Eureka Seven

Not a fan of the mecha genre, but this one is an exception.

I also think Hentai Ouji to Warawanai Neko is misjudged by people because of the first word in the name. thats why i just refer to it as Henneko

LMFAO I was one of them
And how funny, that's the first non-mainstream anime I decided to give a try. And I LOVED IT

I LOVE Azuki Azusa!

I agree on that one, that anime is horribly misjudged, but I suppose when the first word of your show is literally "Hentai", people are gonna expect actual Hentai, or atleast ecchi material. And while the show is a little bit ecchi, I must admit, it's all pretty tame. Overall, was a rather enjoyable anime to watch. Really should get around to re-watching it :P

The more entertaining an anime is, the more the few problems it does have stand out to me. They are like dead pixels on a monitor. If there are enough of them you know that the monitor is crap and you should get a new one. However if there are only 2 or 3, then it's not worth to throw the anime out, but once you have seen them, you cannot unsee them.

Well, as I said before. It is the journey, not the destination.

I'd say Watamote. I seriously didn't think I would enjoy it mainly because of the art style. Didn't think the character would captivate me so much as it did.
Now I've watched it twice and it makes me laugh every time. It's a good show to watch to cheer me up! ^_^

I-I miss this show.

I read through the manga. It's really an odd series, because it almost undergoes a genre shift. Without going into spoilers, I can definitely say I started out liking Riko a lot better than Maki, but by around volume 5 or 6, I started liking Maki a lot better than Riko... Riko becomes kind of typical for lack of a better word. I suppose it may be easier for female readers to associate with her, but as a male reader I just kind of lose respect.

Right, but if Joker wasn't a cold-blooded killer but more of a comedy villain like Team Rocket or something, he wouldn't be as great a foil to Batman, is he?

Plus, I like NGNL, it's just I can understand where Jing was coming from.

Ok. I'm going to take the lazy route and only think of shows from the spring session and one that comes to my mind instantly is Is the Order a Rabbit? I thought it was going to be some little kids show and it has been above and beyond what I expected.

Causal fans misjudge Madoka Magica because its a magical girl show. Therefore they expect this:

lol, looking up the full japanese title on google images literally gives me nothing but pics of hentai, and not always from this anime either.

Anyway, I seriously misjudged silver spoon. I seriously never would have thought that an anime about farming could be so funny and enjoyable. I really love it since it uses good comedy and character interactions and has virtually no fanservice.

Another anime I misjudged (in a bad way) was Stella Women's academy C3. Just watching the first few episodes, I was thinking it was going to be a moe slice of life anime with airsoft elements in it, but damn, as an airsofter myself, that psychotic phase that the MC went through and watching how seriously she took the game literally left me disturbed.

Really? Because I was expecting this:

And it has been pretty much that so far. Actually, it has been exactly that so far.
