I'll second this, seeing her history of abuse it seemed inappropriate to sexualize her. Not saying that people who are abused can't develop healthy sexual relationships afterwards.

None. Sometimes it will grate me when it's a character that's had a past full of abuse, like Satellizer from Freezing or Marida from Gundam Unicorn, but even then I'm still open to it. In Marida's case, she has a lot of scars from sexual abuse and mistreatment all over her body (about 70-75% I'd say). I wish, given that's the case, she'd be depicted with those, but more often than not she isn't (ie baby smooth skin instead of damaged and scar ridden). That's what grates me the most I think.

And yes, it doesn't matter to me if it's a guy, girl, or extraterrestrial alien. I'm open to it in the end.

Yeah... I think stuff like this makes me even more uncomfortable then the loli/pedobait stuff. And Freezing is obviously a bit of an ecchi series so what makes it even a bit more disturbing is the knowledge that a lot of those scenes were deliberately provocative. There's no reason for, to give an example, that scene early on where she gets molested by her upperclassmen. At least not to show it in such detail. It's clearly there just as a form of extremely perverse fan service.

Sometimes I just kind of have to roll my eyes at this kind of backstory. On one hand I kind of appreciate that writers are willing to go there, and when handled well it can be really compelling. But it often feels like the easy way out to me for some reason. Want to give a female character in a darker series an excuse to be uptight and have a really sympathetic backstory? Go the sexual abuse route. Easily exploitable.

Ah yes. I don't want my favorite characters sexualized.
Rikka Takanashi (Chuunibyou) is my favorite. Unfortunately, it already happened to her :(. She is the most adorable girl ever.
Then there is Kaori Fujimiya (One Week Friends). She is way to pure for that.
Chaika must never be portrayed sexualized.

The main reason why I'm against it is merchandise. I don't want posters of Rikka in her underwear on my wall. I want posters of Rikka doing her Chuunibyou-style powers and stuff. Or holding Yuta's hand. I'm cool with that.

Well it seems a lot of people are ignoring the first posts request to not just give a general tag like 'lolis'. Although I get why people feel that way.

Now I'm assuming that you meant in the anime themselves rather than hentai because looking at a hentai of a charicter you don't want to see like that is probably your own damn fault.

So I would say...

Eko from Dragonar.
I could turn a blind eye to her 'dragons don't need clothes' as a qwirky yet slightly fanservicy bit and the fact that on the operating table she was nude. (who dicects somthing thats fully clothed after all) But the molestation by tenticles and implied rape both felt out of the tone the series was protraying and kind of uncomfortable to the veiwer. (possably my own fault for looking up the scenes cut for the west)

The sexualisetion of Rika and Satako in the OVAs for higurashi bugged me a bit too, it's just somthing about those two. I'm not sure why.
But the fact one of them basicaly Makes Keichi a lolicon out of nowhere butgged me too, then again these point kind of go hand in hand for that episode.
The swimsuits didn't bother me though, they WERE at a swimming pool, and it was outright stated that Rika intended to go to one when summer started in the main plot and it's not like they were wearing anything raunchy.

I think my reaction was the same as Rikas when Keichi was planning to pull her Bikini strings.

I'll probably think of more when it's not 4am.

Even though I'm a lolicon, I don't like seeing elementary school kids sexualized.

And also, something I REALLY hate. Unrealistically huge boobs in doujinshis. WTF? Draw them as the original size as the character, not everyone likes giant boobs. And it just pisses me off when they draw lolis with giant boobs

People saying they don't want Loli's sexualized...

What a blatant contradiction, lol.

Ikr?
The term "loli" is suppose to be suggestive. It is defined as "sexy young girls"
