I've had people say that they're not perverted or anything, but find other people sexy. I'm pretty sure that's not how it works, but yeah. I think there's a big difference by you can like someone without being creepy about it. The same thing goes for a lot of things like I can have friends without stalking them. So, anyway this pretty much boils down to one question

Can you find people sexy without being a perv?

What are your thoughts on this topic and what do you think defines the difference from being pervy to just finding other people attractive? Is there a difference between the two, can you be pervy without finding anyone sexy? Can you find people attractive and sexy without being pervy? Do the two go hand in hand, you can't be one without doing the other sort of deal?

Let me know if a thread like this exists. Enjoy the thread

We are growing in numbers....

Yes, yes you can.

Normal - 'She's sexy.'

Perverted - 'I'd cook bacon on that.'

The punchline is the woman we're talking about is Jewish.

I would imagine so. However, it's kind of difficult to find someone sexy, but not have sexual thoughts about them.

Perversion is the same principle as "evil". It's defined by people and very subjective due to individual's values.

Like personally I don't even consider watching yaoi/yuri as perverted but apparently a lot of people here think that qualifies for perversion.

I've always thought perversion was more about, a person touching another person without their consent.

Instead of perversion, that's plain rape. Perversion is more anything that the majority of the people don't practice. Which is why some people would claim that gays are perverted. So, if it deviates from the status quo when it comes to sexuality, it is generally seen as perverted.

Which is why I'm a pervert.

Id say so...Just like though I'm hetero, I can find a Man to be pleasing to the eye as well. And it has nothing to do with sexual interests, but simple aesthetics.

go watch scenes of naruto with the old pervy sage jiraya (sorry idk how to spell it)

that is perversion on the minor end of the spectrum

now look up a manga called "Blade Play"

THAT MANGA SHOWS AN EXTREME FORM OF PERVERSION ON THE HIGHEST PART OF THE SPECTRUM!!!

=====

there is such thing as a perversion scale look it up

=======

and also some claim

that humans are always 100% perverts from birth till death, just everyone doesnt show it and when you ask they will disagree to hide the fact

======

any sexual act can be called "perverted", it really just depends on your perspective about sex.....

if you say something ***without sexual intent*** (((and lets just say your hanging out with your buds))) what are the chances one of them would turn into a close or exactly into a sexual statement

tell me does that make them/him/her a pervert or not ---- you will never know ~~~ its all about your perspective on life

======

EDIT

=======

also tell me is their a limit on time for how long you can be a pervert

with the situation i previously stated tell me how long will you stigmatize/LABEL you bud with the title of "pervert"

would it be for a few seconds , a couple minutes, 3 hour s, or for life

I don't think lifting someone's skirt is "rape", it's just really perverted behaviour. So if someone on the internet claims they're a pervert--that's the image I get in my head; someone who touches others without their consent.

Lifting someone else's skirt is illegal. Seeing someone in a swimsuit is legal. The difference being that "invading someone's personal space" by purposely lifting the skirt is what is illegal.

It's all about the inside voice and the outside voice.

If you find someone sexy, it's alright. You can tell them they are beautiful, compliment their shoes, say you melt when you look in their eyes. But say something crude, or even a little more forward than you should be and it's pervy. So no saying "you'd tap that" out loud (inside voice only), how nice her ass is or what have you. You can think it, but just don't say it to others if you don't want to seem pervy. Everyone is a little pervy inside, and it's not all bad. Just don't be too forward about your cruder desires, unless you really know them well enough that they won't slap you silly, then it's all good fun.

You can find someone sexy or appealing to look at without having sexual thoughts about them. Like for example, a lesbian can find a guy very attractive, but in no way is she going to think about flirting or wanting to have sex with said guy. Even people in a relationship can find someone outside the relationship attractive but not act upon or think about that person in a sexual manner.
