Good rap? Hmmm....never really heard of a "good" rap, but there is a few out there that I know for sure exists. I find it hard to listen to rap when one realize what they are implying. ^~^

The only rap I listen to is probably Eminem. I never really heard of "good" rap, just ones that makes me question what are they trying to get across.

I like rap/hip hop. But, as others have pointed out what one person finds good, others will find lame.

I listen to a variety - Trip Lee, Lecrae, KB, Andy Mineo, NWA, Jurassic 5, Jay Z (Black Album & earlier), Childish Gambino.

Classic and Underground Hip Hop.

Wu-Tang Clan
Tupac
Notorious B.I.G.
Nas
Eric B. & Rakim
N.W.A.
LL Cool J
A Tribe Called Quest
Mobb Deep
Older Kanye West
Kid Cudi
A$AP Mob
The Underachievers
Flatbush Zombies
Joey Bada$$
Capital Steez
Kenderick Lamar
Schoolboy Q
Ab Soul

The only problem with rap these days is that most of these newer rappers are putting on these drug dealer personas.

I will admit s/o Soulja Boy there wouldn't be any of these weirdo rappers like Lil B or Odd Future to even cloud-rap producer Clams Casino so there's a few positive things he's brought in

Thats the thing though. Back then their lyrics were backed up by their actions. They actually did all the things they rapped about. That is why I said "putting on these drug dealer personas." Nowadays these newer rappers are simply fronting for the media and their followers.
