I've received three guest passes on 2/22, 3/24 and 4/23, all three have been redeemed but I haven't received one for May (5/2?/2014). Is there a reason for this? I haven't manually updated anything about my membership, I am on a 90 day subscription but that doesn't feel like much of a reason to miss out on a guest pass for a month. Thanks for reading!

I'd first recommend going to:

https://www.crunchyroll.com/acct/?action=guestpass

to see how many days it says it will be until you get one (some people have complained about an unexplained backward countdown recently). If it is going backward, I don't know how to stop it.

How do I find a countdown? It just tells me I have three redeemed guest passes and that's all the numbers I've got.

Above the 3 Guest Passes there should be a large grey bar containing black letters that say:

You will receive your next Guest Pass in _ _ days.

If it isn't there, that could be part of the problem.

Okay, so you were on a 90 day premium membership--which has now run out. In a 90 day paid membership it's normal to get 3 guest passes during that time--yo get them every 30 days while you are a premium member. Since you are not currently a premium member, that would be why you didn't get another guest pass and why your countdown doesn't show that you'll be getting one in X number of days.

Thanks, Lorreen, but that raises another question that I've already requested help about. I don't remember cancelling my membership, I paid for 90 days but it ended after about 34 days.

That is indeed odd. You should definitely reach out to Customer Support directly, using the Contact Us link. That's very much something that can't get resolved in the site support forums.
