I go to amazon, occasionally, for products X and Y (examples, variables.) However, I always seem to find a way,or feel I need to then get product Z, and maybe A, B, and C also... Does this happen to others? Often? Or is it just an addictive/OCD nature like the one I have?

Living in Australia, even if I bought something worth $20 off Amazon, the shipping would cost double the price so, I don't really have an addiction to Amazon because I can't afford that bull. They do have some pretty amazing deals, bundles and they always seem to suggest other possible purchase options on the page of the item you want to buy which can persuade you into buying more, or saving money by buying more or in bulk. I can understand why people would end up buying more than they originally intended to.

It's almost like going grocery shopping when you're hungry.... You can get SO MUCH stuff for cheap... You get this and that for a whole $1.50 each and sometimes it's free shipping and sometimes it's free shipping after $35.... *sigh*

I find quite a bit of deals there on pretty much everything. I do browse around and see things that I want but I never really purchase something I wasn't already looking for in the first place. Amazon is quickly becoming my #1 option though and I am willing to pay slightly higher simply because of trust.

Gets me every time.... right now I have a $27.XX order sititng in my cart and I am looking for something that is $7.XX to get that free shipping.... And you're right, it's exactly like going grocery shopping, or worse for me going to Walmart (or equivalent.) There is always something else you remember to get, or just see and get it anyway.

Amazon is local to me, so it comes really fast. They usually have most of that I am looking for at fairly decent prices!
And Prime kicks Butt! Movie straming is cheap! They have nearly everything, and if they don't I can pre-order.

Yes and no. I think it's kinda fun to browse, so I guess you could say it's addictive. I only get elastic goods from Amazon, and I keep a vague list of things I'm planning to get so I can just pick a few items each month and buy them. Keeps me from going overboard.

Amazon has a wide variety of items available with almost all of them for a deal, not to mention people tend to buy more than they had planned to because of free shipping for $35. Plus you don't have to leave your house and can do all your shopping from your couch. Amazon has allot of things going for it.
