Hi, yesterday I was watching Mita-san and in 2 episodes I noticed some typos in the subtitles, like missing spaces and minor stuff like this, I just want to know why CR cannot syntax-check the subtitles before releasing them, I know this show is kinda new but it doesn't mean that typos can be ignored, there're many free tools to automatically check the syntax of subtitles files, such as SubtitleEdit which is GPL (everybody can use it, for work and/or personal use), why can't you just dedicate like 30 seconds after making the subs to automatically check the syntax errors? one of the erros I remember was like "becausehes" which was supposed to be "because he's" not a big problem for me but hey, I thought CR was supposed to offer better quality than the "dark side", or am I wrong? other than this, why so many VOB subbed anime shows? that font is so ugly that I bet I'm not the only one who hates it and in all shows with VOB subs, the subtitles cannot even be turned off, VOB subs can also be converted to SRT using the same program I just mentioned but it's not like there're no other programs, there're quite many you know, there's a saying "He who seeks, finds".

I won't send tickets just for typos so don't ask me to do it, this is just a suggestion, that's all.

If the subs for a show are hard encoded even on the Flash player, that normally means that CR isn't the one doing the subs but rather that the publisher providing the show is.

I was suspecting something like that, someone maybe could ask the publishers to change subs format? because not only the VOB subs are ugly, they cause noise in the bottom part of the video all around the text, when they're hard-subbed, and increase the total file size eating precious bitrate that could be converted into quality, also they don't have styles like ASS subs and even without styles like SRT it still looks a lot better than VOB and soft-subbed doesn't affect the video quality at all (FUNi sometimes uses hard-subbed SRT as I noticed recently, hard-subbed but still better than VOB though).
